Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bs999 website accessible at bs999.io and all associated services, products, interfaces, and mobile-web experiences provided by bs999.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds which are held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback credit, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player by bs999 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds (and in some promotions, the deposit amount) must be staked before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• "Verification" means the process by which bs999 confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership, using documents supplied by the Player.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, or wagering activity recorded in the Account history.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone applicable to all time references in these Terms unless otherwise stated.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the bs999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first access to the Platform and remain in force for the duration of your Account registration and any period thereafter during which a balance, pending withdrawal, or open dispute exists.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform, refrain from placing any bets, and contact our support team to arrange account closure. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translated version is provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity, inconsistency, or dispute.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on bs999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The bs999 platform does not permit use by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction.
• You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate, institutional, or agency registrations are not permitted.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or fraud. Attempting to re-register following a ban constitutes a material breach.
• You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, officer, or director of bs999, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

bs999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe — typically 72 hours of the request — will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

Account Registration and Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one single Account on the bs999 platform at any time. Creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bs999 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your Account at the end of every session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify bs999 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered, to add an additional layer of security to your Account.

bs999 will never contact you by any channel to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from bs999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity that occurs under your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. bs999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bs999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, as well as USDT via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks. Available methods may vary by account verification status and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Minimum deposits for bank transfer and USDT methods are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• bs999 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bs999 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment network. For mobile wallet deposits, this typically takes under 60 seconds.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are available to verified Accounts only. bs999 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method previously verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for mobile wallet methods. Minimum withdrawal thresholds for other methods are displayed in the Account cashier.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for mobile wallet channels. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• bs999 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Such checks will be completed within 72 hours of the request.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

All financial transactions on the bs999 platform are processed through encrypted payment channels. bs999 does not store card or bank account details on its own servers. Deposit and withdrawal records are maintained for compliance and audit purposes in accordance with applicable data retention obligations.

Bonuses and Promotions

bs999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of each promotion and the general provisions set out in this section.

• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible Player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts or shared payment methods constitute bonus abuse.
• Bonus Funds and real-money Balance are maintained in separate ledgers within your Account. The interface clearly displays both balances at all times so you are always aware of which funds you are playing with.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money stakes or qualifying bonus stakes as specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. • Bonuses that have not been used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
• bs999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including after a Player has opted in, where bs999 has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused or exploited.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or assigned to any other person or Account.
• If bs999 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk, hedge, or arbitrage bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure — bs999 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and, where the pattern is systematic, to restrict or close the Account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the bs999 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip carefully before confirming. bs999 does not accept claims based on player error after a bet has been confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by bs999 at any time, including for individual Accounts, without prior notice.
• Palpable errors: In the event that odds, game parameters, or payout values are published in error — including due to a technical fault or data feed failure — bs999 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes. bs999 is not liable for losses arising from a player's decision to wager based on manifestly incorrect odds.
• Match cancellations and postponements: For sports betting, if a scheduled event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined, applicable bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the relevant sport rules state otherwise.
• Live / in-play betting: In-play markets are suspended at the sole discretion of the bs999 trading team. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. bs999 does not accept liability for delays in suspension caused by third-party data feed latency.
• Casino and slots: All casino games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are statistically independent and are not influenced by the Platform, previous outcomes, or any external factor. RTP percentages are published on each game card.
• System malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game session, the round will be voided and any stake will be returned to the player's Balance. bs999 is not liable for losses arising from force majeure events, internet connectivity failures on the player's side, or third-party service outages.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bs999 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below — whether individually or in coordination with others — will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform features.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement intended to predetermine the outcome of a sporting event on which bets have been placed.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent deposit limits, or evade a suspension or ban.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undocumented features to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported to support immediately and may be voided.
• Providing false, forged, or fraudulently obtained documents during the verification process.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transaction claims in bad faith after a deposit has been used for wagering.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or any anonymising tool in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the bs999 support team or other players via any communication channel.

bs999 employs automated fraud detection, device fingerprinting, behavioural analytics, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players are advised that all activity on the Platform is monitored and logged for compliance and security purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bs999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, game interfaces, database structure, and all other material — is the intellectual property of bs999 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use the bs999 name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial or promotional context without the prior written consent of bs999.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

All rights not expressly granted in this section are reserved by bs999. Unauthorised use of any Platform content may give rise to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bs999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure for breach.
• Losses caused by events beyond the reasonable control of bs999, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, government action, or third-party service failures.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, game rules, or promotional details, that contain errors or are subject to subsequent correction.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bs999's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bs999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of law.

bs999 collects, stores, and processes personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

bs999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, Platform features, or business practices.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — bs999 will provide notice via one or more of the following channels at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect:

• An email notification to the address registered to your Account.
• An in-Platform notification via the messaging centre.

For non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact information — bs999 may update the Terms without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online services in the jurisdiction in which bs999 operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and bs999, the following process shall apply:

3. Step 3 — Escalation: If a resolution is not reached after Step 2, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration or, where applicable, through the relevant competent authority or dispute resolution body. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
